Our 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in Beachside Colony, Tybee's beachfront resort community, with the beach, two pools and The Deck restaurant and bar just steps away. Our guests love the location, the extras we provide and having so much right here without needing to get in the car. Check out our wonderful reviews! PERFECT FOR 2 OR UP TO 8 Don't let the three bedrooms fool you! We have lots of couples who book the condo just for themselves because they want the space, ocean view and resort amenities. If you'll only be using one bedroom and bathroom, ask me about a reduced cleaning fee. The condo sleeps up to 8: Primary bedroom: King bed, ensuite bath, walk-in closet, TV and direct access to the ocean-view balcony Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV, closet, nightstand and luggage rack Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, TV, closet, nightstand and luggage rack Living room: Sleeper sofa A second full bathroom with a tub/shower serves the two guest bedrooms. INSIDE TYBEE TURTLE TIME Take the elevator or stairs up to the condo and make yourself at home. The hallway opens into a bright, open living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the living room has plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day on the beach. Families will find a Kid's Korner with books, games and puzzles. And yes, the Magic 8 Ball gets used by the adults too. My kids are in their 30s and still consult it on every visit! The primary bedroom and living room both open to the private balcony overlooking the Atlantic. There's a table with seating for four plus two additional chairs. It's one of my favorite places for morning coffee or an evening glass of... something a little more festive. The condo was refreshed in soothing ocean-blue tones to create the relaxed beach atmosphere I wanted when I purchased it in late 2023. THE BEACH + POOLS + THE DECK This is where our location really shines. Our entire condo complex is on the BEACH SIDE of Butler Avenue. You aren't crossing the main road and hauling all your beach gear several blocks to get to the ocean. Our stretch of beach is wide and typically less crowded than the area around the Pier. An easy ramp crosses the dunes, which makes taking beach carts and other wheeled items much easier. After the beach, choose between TWO resort-style pools. One is heated during the cooler spring and fall seasons, which is one of my favorite amenities! The pool area also has lounge chairs, restrooms, outdoor showers and water fountains. And maybe the best part? The Deck restaurant and bar is right downstairs. Grab lunch, dinner or drinks without leaving the property. After a long day of doing absolutely nothing on the beach, sometimes walking downstairs for dinner is about all the ambition you need. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION We're MID-ISLAND, which puts you right in the middle of Tybee. Walk south along the beach toward the Pier or north toward the Lighthouse. You're close to restaurants and attractions without being in the middle of the busiest Pier crowds. Directly across Butler Avenue is Tybee Island Memorial Park with a large playground, library and tennis courts. Locals also set up temporary pickleball nets when YMCA activities aren't using the courts, and the YMCA offers pickleball open play. ACCESSIBILITY The condo has elevator access and handicap parking. Our beach crossover has a ramp, and wheelchair-accessible beach entry is also available from Center Street. Beach wheelchairs can be reserved near the Pier. If accessibility is important for your trip, message me. I'm happy to send you a video showing what to expect. WE STOCK THE EXTRAS One thing you'll notice in our reviews is that we don't like leaving guests hanging when it comes to supplies. You'll find high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and plenty of basic condo and household supplies. The goal is simple: pack less, buy less when you arrive and spend more time enjoying Tybee. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT I do my BEST to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever the reservation schedule allows. If another guest isn't checking out or arriving that same day and I can give you some extra beach time, I'm happy to do it. I do NOT charge an additional fee for this when I'm able to accommodate it. During the off-season, restaurant days and hours can change, so I recommend checking their current social media pages before making plans. OFF-SEASON RATES ARE AVAILABLE, so don't hesitate to ask about longer stays or your preferred dates. City of Tybee STVR Certificate #STR2026-0683 SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: There is one exterior security camera located in the Ring Doorbell at the condo entrance. There are no interior cameras.

You are allowed 2 parking spaces. Because the island is so small, most complexes only have room for two vehicles per guest. Please make sure you are aware of this when you book. Our parking deck has a clearance of 7'. Larger vehicles have an option to park outside of the deck but parking is limited. There is NO option for more parking in our resort. There is paid street parking. Visit the PARK TYB app or City of Tybee Island website for more info on parking. If you plan on staying a while, it will be worth downloading this app and setting up your car/credit card info. In 2024, Hourly Parking by the City is $4/hour and Annual Parking passes are available. Standard coin meters are $2/hour. **Please note, we provide "start up" supplies such as: several coffee pods, a few trash bags, rolls of paper towels, a couple of rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher pods and washing machine pods. If you anticipate you might need more of these items, you are encouraged to bring it. (or let me know if you may need these ahead of time if you are flying into the airport) Long-Term Stays For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and we will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional cleaning, and access to be able to have our crew perform the cleaning. No large gatherings in the condo. Registered guests only at the pool deck area. Please follow all rules for the City of Tybee and Tybee Beach.

Tybee Turtle Time Condo has a GREAT Social Media presence that will help you see more about the condo & local things to see and do. We allow your precious pets in the condo for a one time fee (for extra cleaning), so please contact me if you have any questions. We are in a condo, so please note that you pet may not be a good fit if he/she is a barker when you leave. During the months of November thru February, I can offer a long term/monthly rate, so please inquire regarding this. Tybee Island has an ordinance for quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. Large parties are not allowed in this unit, but we encourage lots of FUN with the registered guests! ! Please purchase travel insurance if you think your plans may change after the refundable date. The pools are an included amenity, but please realize that breakdowns happen and it may not be a guaranteed amenity. (in 2023, it was only unavailable on 3 days). The second pool is HEATED, but in extreme cold months, it may not keep up to the 82 degree temperature, and it is heated, but not like a hot tub. We have a ring video doorbell to monitor our guest entrance and for your safety.
